THE LAKE IMPROVEMENT BOARD WILL HOLD ITS FORMAL MEETING ON SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 6, 2003 AT 10:00 AM IN GRANT TOWNSHIP HALL
Little Island View Homeowners Association had to cancel their pinic this
August 2003 due to Ken Shulz becoming seriously ill. Ken was going to show us how to
roast a pig so without him we were lost and had to cancel! Best wishes to Ken
for a speedy recovery. The latest news is that he is doing well. We will try

Starting Sept. 1st, Little Island View Subdivision Association is treating
for Gypsy moths again. It is only $20.00 and a letter has gone out
to that effect. Please respond as soon as possible as your permission
is needed to place a cone on your property.

LAKE STUDY REPORT
I have read the entire report and think it is excellent.
It is well worth the time it takes to read it.
It explains a sealing project to restore lake levels and why we probably
shouldn't take out all the muck, so I hope everyone takes the time to read
it! A hard copy was mailed to everyone in August 2002 but I have put
it here in case someone didn't get it.
A big thanks to Jim, Tom and anyone else instrumental in getting this
study done for us.
